"Chez Fourcade is a typical country bistrot - restaurant and corner shop combined - located in a tiny village southwest of Toulouse and my family has been serving traditional French provincial food to local families, farmers, workmen and passers-by for a lot longer than I can remember. "Now I particularly want to invite the many newcomers to our region, visitors and residents alike, to sample our hospitality and the quality of our food. "In our time in Saint André we have built up a wonderful network of local food suppliers so that we can always be certain of offering fresh, seasonal produce and the wide variety of meat, charcuterie, vegetables and fruits which has made our region famous. "Our LUNCH MENU costs just €12 and consists of soup, an entree, a main course, dessert or cheese - all of which change daily - with wine - red or rosé - included. "We also serve dinner on request and we have a continuing series of special evening entertainments usually consisting of a set meal with musical entertainment.
